For more than 155 years, First UCC Rising Sun has been serving the spiritual needs of our community and we continue to give thanks for God’s guidance in our journey of faith. We are open to all for participation, membership, leadership, and employment, and affirming of all who wish to join us as children of God. Worship
10:00 a.m. Sundays
We proclaim a progressive gospel of love. Everyone is welcome, come in person or follow us on Facebook live! Our worship involves people of all ages leading and helping with the worship service. Worship music is a combination of traditional and new songs that speak to the heart of the believer of any age.
Holy Communion is part of our worship service on the first Sunday of each month as well as on special worship and festival occasions. Our Communion Table is open to anyone who believes in Jesus. Parents can decide when their children are ready for Communion.
Bible Study
Bible Study meets in the at 9:15 a.m. on Sunday morning. Come and join us before Worship!
